Residential Transportation Customer Consent Form

• Woodruff Energy savings offer is 4 cents per therm off the NJNG price to compare.

• Natural gas agreement is for a minimum of 12 months.  Natural gas agreement, subject to availability, will continue month to month thereafter at the same terms and conditions listed above.

• New Jersey Natural Gas remains responsible for providing safe and adequate service.

• This agreement is subject to the rules and regulations of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU).

• Customer will have 14 calendar days from the date of the confirmation notice to contact the local utility and rescind its selection.  Furthermore, a customer can terminate the contract with 48 hour notice without penalty, as a result of a relocation within or outside the utility service area, disability, or death.

• Supplier may terminate this agreement upon 30 days written notice to the customer prior to termination.  If termination is for non payment, customer has an opportunity to remedy the terminating condition.
