The responses, consideration and service that I received from the estimate to the time I sent this email was above and beyond what one would expect. Even before the estimate, I spoke to Ian Willis about the system. He was very knowledgeable. He contacted Dennis for the estimate and Dennis called me the next day. From there it went to meeting at my Dad’s house, the actual estimate and installation. Even the proposal was very clear, complete and professional.
