Woodruff Energy has a payment option for everyone!
At Woodruff Energy, our goal is to make your home comfort as simple and cost-effective as possible. In order to do that, we came up with several different ways that customers can pay their heating oil bills. We wanted to create different payment systems that could work with all of the different customers at Woodruff Energy!
Our traditional billing includes mail, email, and online payments that can be made to your account. But we also offer a few different payment options that include:
- Budget Plan: A budget plan is an excellent way to spread out all of your heating costs across 12 months. It’s simple! We will calculate your estimated heating costs for the year and split them into 12 equal monthly payments. Instead of paying hefty heating bills during the winter season, you will have smaller and predictable monthly payments that you can easily budget around.
- Prepay Plan: With the Prepay Plan, you can purchase all your heating oil for the season (based on past usage history) with one bulk payment. The Prebuy Plan can save you from spending more on fluctuating heating oil prices in the winter, and can even earn you a 10-cent-per-gallon discount! Contact us for details.
All Budget Plan customers or customers who pay their bill in full within 10 days of delivery can earn 5 cents off per gallon of their heating oil. For maximum discounts on parts and services, enroll in a service plan, or the Woodruff Energy Advantage Plan.
